I recently have been trying to do watercolor after X years of "not having the time" (guilt, guilt, guilt). As painful as it is, I have to admit that I need some kind of refresher course. Colors are hard! Does anyone have recommendations for anything in the area please?
Thanks.

I'm in the same boat you are, Mem. Last summer I stopped in at the art store in Essex Green and asked about an experienced instructor. Unfortunately, I lost the name and haven't been back at the store since. I did try taking a watercolor class through the adult school a couple of years ago, but was disappointed with the instructor's skill.

If you get any leads, let me know. Maybe we could do a small class if others want to join...

The Summit Art Center has had a longstanding rep of being a serious arts place. Sounds like a good suggestion.
