We moved from our normal plain classified ads a few months ago to our new auction site. Many people liked the idea and the layout. The ability to upload pics was a big plus. But, there has been very little in the way of bidding and the process is a lot more cumbersome than the old classifieds.
So, we may be phasing out the present auction page for a new script that I just wrote.
Here are some of the new features:
- To add an item there will be no more signing in, it's a straight entry form - and you will have the ability to upload pics.
- After you submit an ad, an email will be sent out to you confirming your email address and ad.
- You will be able to use this link to update your ad - it also allows you to put your ad up on the site or take it down.

I'd love to hear your feedback. I'll be adding some more features to this new section as well, such as linking to a page that will list all of your particular items for sale.
