I'm looking to replace the old furnace in the basement. It must be 40 years old and terribly inefficient.

Can anyone recommend a good HVAC person they've used, or conversely recommend somebody not to use?

Thanks

Whoever you use, get an Energystar rated furnace and get a rebate from www.njcleanenergy.com while saving loads of money in fuel costs.

I'd use Ken Secor of Palmer Plumbing. 732 388-1794
