Since the old thread has been archived, I figured I'd start a new one:
On tonight's agenda, (http://www.southorange.org/agenda.asp?page=agendarm.htm) I see the following: "Resolution Ratifying “The Domestic Partnership Act”"
Can someone please explain what this is?
Based on the discussions in another thread, can we assume that Ms. Theroux will recuse herself from voting on this? |

SoOrlady. It means someone did not do some kind of maintenance and the village was forced to do for them. Specifics are usually told to the public at the meeting.

Until the final actual budget is adopted, probably not until summer because of extraordinary aid application. the Village operates under temporary budget resolutions which need to be extended. |
