If you live in the 8th Congressional District, if you're not sure, go to www.house.gov and enter your zip code, George Ajjan needs your support.

If you are a registered republican and want to sign the petition to get him on the ballot please let me know. He is backed by the NJGOP.

He does not take PAC money, he is PRO-Choice, and supports civil unions and equal rights.

Best of all, he is determined to represent the views of the people in the district.

I have posted this in the Soapbox: Politics thread as well, but since the 8th District covers part of South Orange, but not Maplewood, I wanted to get the word out here as well.

I read the info on his website. Just doesn't sound republican to me. That's all I meant.

Sorry, but my hand will probably turn to stone if I ever attempt to pull the lever for a republican.
