Can anyone recommend a good adult swimming class (beginner) in the SO/M area? also dance classes (jive/waltz)? Any leads would be appreciated.

max--i know Summit YMCA offers Adult swim classes either in group or private if you would like to give them a call.

The YWCA in Orange offers beginning adult swim classes. Can't report on those specifically, but we are happy with children's classes and staff at adult lap swim.
