We're moving to MW next week and anticipate a real need for a recovery massage. Either someonen who comes to our home or we go locally.
We like a firm massage. Swedish with some shiatsu is great but other types might work too. Info on pricing would be great if you have it too.

Well, not in town, but not very far:
in Upper Montclair, Jen Kowal at Montclair Massage & Bodywork, 973-655-8960 (I may not have that name entirely correct), does amazing deep tissue & Swedish massage. I believe it's $65/hr; $95/90 minutes.
Don't know if she makes housecalls, but she has a nice studio across from the movie theater in Upper Montclair. |

Natural Balance in downtown Maplewood. We've been going there for the past 3 years. Very good and she actually may come to the house. |
