We just reaarranged the furniture in our living room and our wood floors are a bit the worse for it. Any good tricks for fixing scratches. I saw some stuff in Restoration Hardware (Tibet wax?) that claimed to fix all kind of scratches in wood. Anyone tried it? (I'm dubious) |

If the scratches aren't too deep you should be able to get them out enough to satisfy. Can't say much about the product you mention but experience tells me a little elbow grease will do fine. Good Luck Michael K. Mc Kell

I use petroleum jelly (the same stuff I use on my baby's bottom), to take out small surface scratches. I have a wicker basket that gets pushed by my son and leaves light scratches on the hardwood floors, but the petroleum jelly makes them look like new again! |
