We have a nanny for our two children, but on days when she is sick and can't work, it creates a big problem since both my wife and I work. Does anyone know of any emergency daycare options in such a situation? Thanks

How old are your kids? What about forming a back-up system through your house of worship? Quite a few retired people would be happy to step in and provide this type of help.

We've used One Child One Village in South Orange. It's located in the basement of St. Andrew's , but not affiliated with the church. $50 a day.

I've also heard that Christ Church in Millburn is good for emergency daycare.
