They also trimmed back all of the trees in the back yard and ground the stumps for a total of about $2100. After they left, it was hard to tell they had been there, except for the smell of pine shavings. The biggest complaint I had about them was that it took FOREVER for them to come out. It was more than 2 months between the quote and the job getting done. I'm sure part of this was b/c it was deep winter and we had a few snow storms. (they did a good job despite the following phrase) ... but Franks Tree Service was who ended up removing the tree from the property and my house when it fell down 6 months later. Sav-A-Tree actually told me I'd have to get Frank's (Scott Lamb was the arborist) because they simply couldn't handle the size of the tree than needed to be removed (250+ y/o black oak ... 6' diametre trunk) Richard (ROC) --Never be afraid to try something new.
