Need a store that has a big and/or cheap selection of picture frames. Need to buy lots of them, so I guess "cheap" is the operative word here.

The dollar store in the Livingston Mall sometimes has frames. So does Drug Fair in the Vauxhall Mall. Bed, Bath & Beyond has some, but I was disappointed in the selection the last time I was there and they are not as inexpensive as Drug Fair.

If you need frames to hang on the wall, both AC Moore and Michael's craft store are good bets.

For more decorative frames to put on your mantle, etc., Target is good, and so is TJ Maxx/HomeGoods. All of them are on rt 22.

I was in the Bed, Bath, & Beyond on the UES a few weeks ago, and they were having a huge frame clearance. Not sure if all stores were doing the same thing, but you can check there, as well as Linens & Things, which is basically the same place.

I found a bunch of nice frames at Macy's during their sale days...these were marked 75% off

The Rag Shop in West Orange has a very large selection of frames, many of which are inexpensive.

Try Pearl Art and Craft in Woddbridge on Rte 1 across from the Woodbridge mall. It is the extension of the Chinatown store in NYC.

They have a WIDE selection of all sizes of picture frames.

I agree that Michael's and AC Moore are the way to go if you want nice quality. I know you said you need lots, but don't know how many that is or what your time frame is. Each week there's a coupon in the newspaper for Rag Shop, Michael's and/or AC Moore for 40 % off on item. It may be worth the effort if you want higher quality than what you'd find at a dollar store. Have your friends collect the coupons for you.

Also, I suggest you try Amazing Savings on Rt 10 in East Hanover. They often have a nice selection of frames at good prices.
