America's Best Window Cleaners ... they did my whole house (38 windows) in the neighborhood of 150 ... in and out ... 6 over 1 double hungs, plus the storms, both sides. There is another thread here about this in recent days. Richard (ROC) --Never be afraid to try something new. Remember, amateurs built the ark; professionals built the Titanic.-- --AIM: ROConn |

I just had them come out and clean 40 windows at $5.95 per window... Richard is a long standing customer and he has a grandfathered price. They charge an extra dollar per screen and they offered to clean the window sills for an additional $2 per window... I wouldn't do the last bit. I was pleased overall, except that they did not have a tall enough ladder to effectively clean some of the windows on the third floor. Still, a huge improvement and definitely worth the cost. Took them about 3 hours. Their number is (973) 535 5874 |

I too recommend America's Best Window Cleaners. We use them faithfully every year for almost 4 years now. Great prices, great service. |

Should we start a thread on how replacement windows are much easier to clean? |

Not if you get the really cheap ones with no divided light. Go for the vinyl ones that you can spot from a mile away. |
