I was just wondering how it is possible that a Radio Station has set up camp in South Orange (behind PNC in the little shopping area)??

I was under the impression that it is pretty much a residential area, and therefore you cannot have a radio station in the area? (especially since it seems, and I have heard, that it is 24hrs.)

What are the call letters and frequency of the station? What is the programming like? A radio station can operate pretty much anywhere, it's the transmitter that's the issue. But transmitters are all over the place, even directly next to homes up by Mt. Fuji.
