While my lawn is dying, at least one other homeowner on my street has been watering the worst section of his yard almost daily, in the middle of the day (and others look suspiciously green). Is the town enforcing these rules?

Please call village hall and ask for code enforcement when you think someone is violating the rules. They will follow-up.
