While Trick-or-Treating with my wife and daughter I noticed several houses in the Montrose area with a small oval wall plate attached near the front door which read something like "Historic Montrose District". These wall plates also displayed the year the house was built. Does anyone know the necessary procedures or steps on obtaining one of these wall plates? Thanks.
