On one of my lines lately I've experienced long delays getting a dial tone, and people calling me say that they are getting "All circuits are busy, please try again later" messages. I've heard that message in the past, but it's worse. Anyone else getting this?

We had this problem too. Verizon told us (after running a few tests) that there were too many lines on one circuit (you and your neighbors are probably overloading the circuits). Just call verizon and explain the problem -- hopefully they can help you.

The nerve of your neighbors, using the phone whenever they want to. :-)
