The forecast I'm following has the snow going from heavy to normal around 6-7PM, and to "Wintry Mix" 9-10PM.

When would you go out clearing? I've got a small snow blower. I'm afraid it will be too slushy for my machine to throw it far.

I was wondering the same. I think I'll give it another half hour or so then crank up the new snow blower.

I just made my first pass with a shovel. Now's a good time for any method before the wintry mix hits and refreezes on top of 4 or 5" of snow.

My blower is dying in this wet snow. I am tired of shoving the broomstick down the chute to clear it, like every 5 feet. Uggh!! But it's better than shoveling.............
