---sorry, this is dup of accidental post inside of interior painting post ----

I wanted to get a couple of opinions from others. This past November would be a year since having our house painted. It happended to be World of Colors (mentioned in the previous thread). The downstairs radiator started cracking within weeks, and was bad by the end of the first winter. We were just now thinking of calling them up (to get in under there stated 2 yr warranty), and noticed after looking around the house that there are cracks all over the place.

How long has paint jobs lasted for you?
I am wondering how forceful to be with them when I call. I would have thought under two years is way too soon to be having issues. Shouldn't a good job last something like 6-8 years?
Thanks.

We painted our own house four years ago and have had no cracking. We even did our own radiators about two years ago, and they still look great. I definitely would call them!
