Does anyone know how (much more) complicated it is to sell a car from PA? Need to get rid of a car from PA, but we will probably sell in NJ since we live here.

While living in NY we bought a car registered in CT. The seller signed a bill of sale along with the title transfer and we took these documents to the NY DMV. I don't recall any complications. You can probably surrender the PA license plates by mail.

Ever since NAFTA was signed this is no longer a problem.
