I'm planning to refinance through Farimont Funding-apparently they have financed a number of loans in Maplewood-anyone have any experience with them?

Paul, I have not had experience with that particular mortgage company. The best advice I can give you if you're refinancing is to use a BANK as opposed to a mortgage company. Banks are much more up front with all costs associated with the loan and are also less likely to "sell" your loan to (yet) another mortgage company. Interest rates are so low right now, I'm betting you can get at least the same rate this mortgage company is offering, if not better. Good luck!

Tototoo,

I would tend to agree with you if you were referring to a Mortgage Broker. However, Fairmont Funding, Ltd. is a Mortgage Banker. If I can answer any questions or assist in any mortgage financing, Please call me at 973-275-5430

Steve
