I got this word from my word-a-day email from wordsmith.org http://www.wordsmith.org

clerihew (KLER-uh-hyoo) noun

A humorous, pseudo-biographical verse of four lines of uneven length,
with the rhyming scheme AABB, and the first line containing the name of
the subject.

[After writer Edmund Clerihew Bentley (1875-1956), who originated it.]

Here is one of the first clerihews he wrote (apparently while feeling bored
in a science class):
Sir Humphrey Davy
Abominated gravy.
He lived in the odium
Of having discovered sodium.

Here's mine, let's see yours.

Albert Einstein
Created a time line.
Understanding his theory might be a sedative,
Suffice it to say, everything's relative.

We just had a baby.
"After six weeks, then Maybe".
Many dads at this point would be violently cursing,
But thank God, for my sanity, my wife is nursing.

Hey, Art has been going to the park,
he's even been there after dark.
Walking and talking, looking and thinking,
can anyone guess if something is stinking?
