So, I am thinking I may need a tent this Saturday -- 5/17. I spoke with Union Rental and they were going to hook me up with two 10 x 10 "easy-up" tents, well we had a little miscommunication and they don't have any tents for this weekend. Any suggestions on a reliable company. One 20 x 20 may be too big -- anyone have a small tent they'll rent me? Advice? I figure if I get the tent it won't rain. I'm nervous . Please HELP! |

Thanks Joe cool! Anyone else?? Fun Services sent me to Taylor Rental who may have something but I'd love to find something closer (than Berkely Heights). Also, if I spend $250 for nothing, I may freak out. Anyone have a backyard canopy or know wher to buy one?? |

Try Grand Rental Station just off Bloomfield Avenue in Bloomfield. (973)748-7000. There is also United Rent All on Pleasant Valley Way in West Orange, (973)731-4483 and Almar Party & Tent Rentals in East Orange (973) 676-7777. We have had experience with Grand Rental, they were great. Have not used Almar personally but heard that they were good, and have only used United Rental for tables, chairs, etc. Good Luck! |

You may also want to try Pioneer Rental on N. Passaic Ave on the Chatham/Livingston border -- very easy to get to from SOM, just take South Orange Avenue west to just before the Livingston Mall, and hang a left onto Passaic Ave. I've only rented power equipment from them but I think they carry tents & party stuff as well, check out their website (they should come up on a google search) for their price list and coupons. Good luck! |
