Am thinking about trying to rent/share small studio space so I can work on my watercolors. Have no room at home! Any ideas on where I should look, what I should expect to pay, etc? Thanks. |

Not sure, really. Enough to set up a 3x4 or 3x6 ft. table and be able to stand back far enough to see the big picture. Needs to have decent natural light. Northfacing is best, but I'd be happy with most any natural light... |

I heard that the Ethical Culture Society rents space on the upper floors of its building to artists. |

Across from SO train station on Sloan, in the "light green" building (art & comic store on 1st floor?) -- there is art studio space (see the sign "Art by Berc". Have no clue if they have other space or not. Good luck - Pete |

Thanks, all, for the suggestions. Now, if I can just find time to look into it... |
