They stuck to the issues and raised awareness of the problems existing in the current administration, and I think the incumbents will have to watch their steps carefully from now on. This is the largest voter turnout in many years, and that alone sends a message: We're here and we're watching. Even to Mr. Matthews, our village attorney, who bravely stepped in and ran with the ball when the other candidates couldn't or didn't.
