I've taken yoga at Body of Light, which I liked. They were near Maplewood, in Millburn. But I, too, am interested in options. Does anyone know about other yoga classes in the area? |

Motion Fitness in Millburn has a variety of yoga classes that incorporate Pilates movements. Anna Winkler teaches Sivananda Yoga at the Sharma Holistic Center (where the Body of Light classes are) and she is fabulous. The Interweave Center offers yoga classes (as well as tai chi and Feldenkrais) in Summit. Bodies in Motion on Valley Street also has yoga classes which are supposed to be good. The SO/M Adult School has yoga courses. |

South mountain Fitness in South Orange offers yoga twice a week, Wed at 8:30 pm and Sundays at noon. I believe you have to be a member of the gym to attend. NCJ aka LL- Any and all posts are my personal opinions, not as an employee of the South Orange Public Library.
