I took prenatal exercise at The Connection in Summit. It was a good class.

I have a friend in Chatham that took classes in the pool at her local Y when she was pregnant, and she loved them. I don't think the class was specifically for pregnant women, but the instructor knew her condition and adjusted the exercises accordingly.

There is a great prenatal/postpartum teacher in West Orange (just by SO border): Sacred Space Yoga. Small classes with lots of personalized attention. Private sessions for couples/families available as well. Feel free to call or email me for the number.
