Does anyone know how one would become (or if it is even possible) PROPERTY TAX EXEMPT?

If one were a church (whose building were used solely for this purpose), a qualifying not-for-profit organization (owner-occupied, sole use) or a government building (town hall, public school, library, police station, etc.) one would be property tax emempt. If one were a church or qualifying not-for-profit and one's building were sometimes rented out for other purposes, one would pay a proportionate fee in lieu of real property taxes.
