I'm looking for help with elder care planning.

I'm looking for a referral to a lawyer and/or other professionals knowledgeable in issues related to elder care, insurance, financial planning and adult home options. Any recommendations?

I've amassed a good deal of info regarding issues in NY, and now I need to compare with similar topics in NJ--some laws differ from state to state.
