Drat that disabled search engine!

Anyway, awhile back, someone posted that their teen who is an ultra-responsible animal lover could take care of cats. I forgot to call my cat sitter & now I'm stuck.

I remember that it's someone who is a regular, has been around a while & uses (or has posted) their own name.

Anyone want to come forward?

The name sounds familiar, Viva. Is one of Sam's parents a regular poster?

It might have also been Nancy Janow AKA Library Lady's daughter Suzanne -- she watched my two little kittens back in March at Nancy's suggestion (see "cat sitter recommendation, please" thread towards the top of the "please help" section of the attic), and did a fantastic job. Feel free to private line me if you need further details...

Some friends of mine in college were in a band called the Responsible Teenagers (R-Teens for short).

Hey, this is Sam himself posting. Thank you for any "raves" anyone has said about me. I do still sit pets and I would be more than happy to assist you if you need future services. Unfortunatly I leave this sunday for work at my camp. I will be away all summer. If you would like my services in the future I would be more than willing to assist. Thank you

-Sam

Hi Greenetree,

If you haven't yet been successful, I started using Maida Lind (Purr-fect Pet Sitting) to watch my cats while I was away last year. She's terrific, lives in town, took care of my indoor plants and garden as well (is in charge of something--membership, I think--for the Maplewood Garden Club), and does an all-around great, highly responsible job. I've had a variety of people care for my cats over a dozen years (both teens and professionals) and Maida is the best! She's listed in the phone book locally, I believe. If you can't find her, PL me.

Michele around the corner
