My mother and aunt are going to Paris and would like to spend a day or two in Normandy. For those of you who went, how did you get from Paris to Normandy? She is looking at something called the "Battle Bus" and is concerned about the name but you know how mothers are. Help! |

We drove from Paris. First stopped by Giverny (sp??) where Monet lived and painted, then drove to a nice coastal town of Honfleur (sp??) in Normandy. Stayed in a cute little hotel, walked around, then hightailed to Mont Saint Michel the next day. Normandy is one of the most beautiful part of France! |

We have also been to Honfleur - it is a gorgeous little fishing port with cute restaurants. We drove from Calais Eurotunnel port. |
