It's been ages since I've had my eyes checked and I feel it's time to get it done. Can anyone recommend a good optometrist in the area who accepts Horizon BC/BS? |

I needed an appointment too, but it turns out our insurance (Healthnet) actually covers exams and Dr. Bregman is out of network.
Anyone have experience with Maria Cardona, 174 Maplewood Ave? |

Dr. Bregman is great, and is particularly terrific with kids.
Larry, my husband just went to Maria Cardona a couple of weeks ago, and he was happy with her.
Eyeglass prescription and fitting perfectly smoothe. Prescription sunglasses (wrong size frame ordered, but it was printed wrong on the glasses!) took a couple of times to get right, but her service was very good and quick. |

I don't know if you can find the relevant threads with the search engine out, but I know that this has been touched on before.
My recollection is that there were both good and bad experiences related by various posters regarding Dr. Cardona.

how about a recommendation on an opthomologist rather than a optomitrist?
