I think we may be moving soon and I'm feeling very guilty about leaving my babysitter. I know it's weird, but I kind of feel responsible for her and I want her to be well looked after. I'm planning on paying a few months severance, but is there anything else I should do? And does anyone know of someone who may need her come October? She's flat out amazing.
Thanks.

I might need her around October. Does she have a car and driver's license? How old is she?

I also need someone (part time only though )starting late August, early September. Do you think she'd be interested?

She is in her twenties. She does have a brand new car and a driver's lic. She also has trained as a baby nurse so she knows CPR, etc. She has been with me for two years, ever since my second daughter was born. I work at home and basically she takes the girls (3 and 2) out all day to the park, library, pool and to playdates that she has cultivated. She cooks their meals and does their laundry. (It's like having a wife!) She is also on time and has yet to call in sick. I think she's exceptional and believe me, I looked around. If you want to talk further, email me at bisquit100@aol.com.
