Available in NYC or by subscription on-line. It will list all franchised agencies in the area and if they even handle children. Generally it is the accepted practice to send a snapshot of your child with a letter of inquiry to an agent and then follow up with a phone call. NEVER PAY UPFRONT FOR AN AGENTS SERVICE. If someone tells you there is a "fee" involved in representing you child, it is a scam. No exceptions. Agents are paid a commission based on the work they get you. Never in advance.
