I filled the empty tank under my hood but when I pull the wwf lever in the car, no matter how many times, nothing comes out of the spouts. Any ideas why this should happen?

Also, since I'm talking cars--does anyone know of a good auto repair website for dummies like me?

My guess would be a clog. Once you find that repair site, it should be easy to fix.
