Need help with furnishing an odd living room layout. Advice on Furniture to buy, placement of the same, window treatments, fabric and maximizing the space for more seating etc.

Any recommendations on an interior designer ?

No suggestions for you, but I can sympathize with your problem.

By the way, how about we all pitch a show to the HG network called "While You Were Online"? A group of MOL-ers invade and redecorate someone's living room, while the unsuspecting victim is online trying to correct multiple mis-interpretations of his posts?
