Hello - can anyone recommend a mechanic/ auto place for an oil change, 13 point check-up (or whatever the # of points it is), that sort of thing. we have a nissan, and was thinking it would be cheaper to go somewhere other than a nissan place.

I've used Essex County Towing a couple of times, and at the very least have found him to be honest. Even when he had to do diagnostic work to find a problem, he came up with the right answer. Can't tell you if he is the cheapest around though. He is on Valley St south of South Orange Ave (next door to NJ Pets).
