It is in this old house some place, just not where I can find it. I last used it the first of May. I have a photo copy of it. What is the process to replace it? After spending days and many hours looking for my passport, I have found it. I started filling out the forms from the site you sent me to and had to stop for a meeting. I wanted to file the forms away in a safe place where I could find them quickly. I keep a red folder just for that purpose. As I pulled that folder out of my brief case, I found my passport in the folder. So, had I never started filling out the forms I would not have found it for quite some time.
