Water Line Protection Program?

The scare tactic is that could have to pay thousands of $$ if you don't have this protection. I actually signed up for the plan after our neighbor had a leak exiting by his sidewalk. It cost several thousand to fix and he was responsible for all costs. If he had had the protection plan, NJAWC would have foot the bill for part, if not all the costs to repair. To me, it's a $60 insurance policy.
