Do you have the right channel of sound coming from Channel 4 (WNBC) from your Comcast cable? For the last two days, I am only getting sound from the left channel on that one station only, and on all stereo televisions and VCR's.

They're coming here today, although I am certain they will be able to do nothing about it from my home, since I probably originates in their "head end."

Please post here if you too have no sound from the right channel of WNBC TV, channel 4 (through Comcast system only.)

I guess no one has Comcast, or no one watches channel 4, or no one has a stereo television.

In typical Comcast efficiency, they sent a technician on Saturday, who confirmed (gee thanks) that I was not getting sound from the right channel of WNBC. They said they would look into the problem from their end. Nothing changed.

Tuesday, I contacted the Comcast head-end directly, spoke with one of the techs there, and he had it corrected in less than an hour.
