The other morning the recycle guys came by and picked up all of the bottles on our street but ours. Does anyone know who we call to complain?

If they weren't separated by color, they might have left them. Or it could have been overlooked if a vehicle was blocking the view.
You can also bring them up to the recycling center on Boyden Ave yourself from 9-3.
