Anyone have any feedback on oil companies? Right now I use Essex, and last year had problems with them not returning calls when I had a situation with my furnace. Ended up having to leave the dog, cat and husband home and sleep at my sisters. The plus side of EO is that I was able to make monthly payments without signing a contract. Whadayathink? |

Wooley gave us terrific, prompt service when we had problems with our oil burner last winter. Very nice people and easy to deal with. |

I hate Essex Oil ever since my furnace conked out in a below-freezing snap and some a****** who works there promised delivery by a certain hour & I took off work to be there & it turned out he fabricated a story to get me off the line. They never responded to a letter I wrote them describing the incident. In contrast, Wooley were there for me when I needed them. |
