I am going to be a first time mom and am looking for recommendations on how to locate a live-in nanny to care for a newborn. I would need someone to start anytime between mid-November and mid-December. Any leads/suggestions for sources would be most appreciated. Also, if anyone has any insight as to pros/cons or advice regarding live-ins, that would be great as well.

Someone here on MOL recently mentioned that her wonderful nanny is becoming available. Look around a bit. Maybe it's in the classifieds section.
