Does anybody actually insure drivers in New Jersey??? I've had Geico for twelve years but they don't insure here and after searching the internet and contacting a bunch of other providers, it appears that no one else does either. Where do you get car insurance in New Jersey ??? |

I get auto insurance from Utica National. My insurance agent hooked me up with it. They have been quite good. I got into an accident two years ago that caused $8000+ worth of damage to my car, and I had a check from them within one week. Let know if you want my agent's number. I don't think Utica deals directly with the public; only goes through agents (I think). |

First Trenton Indemnity does car insurance here. So does MetLife. I dropped MetLife, though, due to astronomical rate increases, and returned to First Trenton. Call my broker, Kathryn Mudry at PLI, for car insurance quotes, 877-754-7773. |

I use Prudential Property and Casualty. If you go to www.prudential.com and then search for an agent in your area. I know they have an agent in West Orange not too far away. |

If you work for a participating employer and have a good driving record, check out New Jersey Manufacturers (at http://www.njm.com/.) |

My mom just got her coverage with Allstate transferred over from NYS and there was no problem. She said it didn't even cost much more either. They have offices in Belleville and Springfield I believe...but don't quote me. |
