WANTED FOR SHORT-TERM RENTAL: Digital Video Camcorder w/IEEE 1394 interface
Maplewood resident, embarking on a true "labor of love" seeks to salvage some 30+ reels of 16mm home movies from 1935-1965. I'm looking for the loan or rental of a MiniDV camera with which I can record the images as they make one final pass through my Dad's trusty Kodascope projector onto the silver screen (or, in this case, a video transfer box). I'll consider any reasonable fee... or would you'd like the projector when I'm done?
If you've got some equipment you can part with for 10 days, or some experience tackling a challenge like this, I'd appreciate hearing from you.
