Looking for a month to month rental, likely needed for 2-3 months October 15 forward. Anyone renting or know of a situation? Possibly in connection with home sale and incongruent closings (Like us!). Nice family, 2 adults and a 2 year old. No pets. Hopefully no fee.

I saw a sign up on Washington Park, bear right as you go up the hill, it's on the right. I think the sign said that it is a small house... |
