Any Quicken users (particularly of the 2002 version for Windows) out there? I periodically download transactions from online credit card, banking, and investment accounts into Quicken. Today I'm having trouble doing this from many, but not all, of my online financial service accounts. If I am downloading from the Quicken side, I receive a message that refers me to the Intuit support website for Quicken (where I learn that all support options for this version, other than the FAQs, seem to be fee-based.) I also had at least one website where I initiate the downloads from the web side and it went through the motions, but nothing came down (no transactions and no error message.) There are definitely transactions that need to download and, even if there weren't, it would normally give me a message to that effect. Another site that seems to work the same way (download initiated from webpage and uses QFX format) worked fine and another one that creates an intermediate QIF file (that I have to first download and then import) also worked fine. Anyone out there have any ideas? Do I have to bite the bullet and upgrade? Will that help if I do? |
