I know South Orange has a Newcomer's Club and a yearly "Welcome to South Orange" event for newcomers. (Wasn't it just this past Sunday?) We never went to it, since it was held the weekend before we arrived in town, and by the next year we didn't feel "new" enough! |

South Orange had a newcomers meeting last week where several village employees and a few trustees were there (not me). Usually the Village President attends but he could not make it this year. Main Street also runs an event each year for people to meet the village president.
