As many of our postings are rants rather than raves, I thought I would mention the name of a gentleman that I had a very positive experience with. Stephen Cohen, AIA. He is reachable at 973.650.4820, and while my project did not move forward (due to issues on our end) he was professional, responsive, thorough in his initial analysis and very much attuned to our hopes for the project.

What more can you ask for?
