Anybody know of a good guitar teacher for an adult, preferably one that dabbles in hardcore and punk (at the very least, fast rock & roll). Also, if anyone is interested in playing together as a goof, let me know. Thanks |

Joe Ferrarro, Cranford Guitar and Music Center. Recently relocated right across the border to 52 (I think) North Avenue in Garwood (Still kept the "Cranford" name). Musical style is not as important as your dedication as a student. He rocks, he plays classical guitar, he does it all. Incidentally his band is playing at the Crossroads in Garwood on Thursday the 23rd. Joe is at 908-232-7122. If he can't take you personally, he has other teachers at his place.

Oh and if I could find some time I'd love to try playing together. I have been focusing on classical guitar for the past few years but from time to time get the urge to break out the electric and wail. However, I don't have any experience really playing together in any capacity and imagine I could try someone's patience trying to improvise. Finding time is my big challenge. BTW I also have a drum set sitting in the basement looking for someone to bang it. I also have a 13-month old at home which precludes any loud jamming any random weeknight or during nap time, well pretty much any time. Privateline me if you want to try to get something together, I could give it a shot maybe.
