We are looking for a source of Insurance for a retail store. We need the basic stuff, including workmans comp. Marine in Maplewood was suggested to us. Any others? Is this something to shop around for or are they all the same? |

Call E.B. Cohen and ask to speak with David Owens (973)403-9500 They maintain our commercial and comp policy for contractors. Service and carrier are very important. Some companies maintain "programs" for such coverages. Be mindful of the programs limits and exclusions as some are loaded with window dressing. If it's cheap thers probably a good reason for it. Rates are higher these days after the 16 year drought in the market so don't be surprised of the premiums quoted. Best of luck.
